Entered Into Eternal Rest Monday, Sept. 3, 1979. L. W. Becraft, 92, of 106 N. Bell, died Monday, Sept. 3, at Mar-Saline Manor. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Campbell-Lewis Chapel. Burial will be at Ridge Park Cemetery. Friends may call at anytime at Campbell-Lewis Chapel. Masonic Services will be held at the graveside.
Born April 30, 1887 at Walker, Mo., he was the son of the late D. W. Becraft and Annie Grimes Becraft. On March 22, 1911 in Marshall he was married to Leona B. Greene, who survives of the home. He was a member of the Marshall United Methodist Church and the Trilumina Lodge No. 205 A.F.&A.M. He had lived his entire life in Saline County.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Canright of Seattle, Wash.; two sons, Robert W. Becraft of Phoenix, Ariz., and A. Harris Becraft of Harrisonville; one grandchild; one great grandchild; and two sisters, Mrs. G.R. (Lillian) Hutcherson and Lucille Macker, both of Marshall.
