Charlie Becroft, a Montgomery county, Md., produce merchant, awoke at his home in Burtonsville yesterday morning about the most surprised man who ever concluded a two days' visit in the neighboring city of Washington. Seated in a vehicle which he declares he never saw before, he opened his eyes and viewed one of the most wornout horses and rickety buggies ever seen in Burtonsville..
