NEW LONDON -- Mary Beecroft-Petersen, 47, died Thursday at Rice Memorial Hospital, Willmar.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Calvary Lutheran Church Willmar. The Rev. Gary Mikkelson will officiate. Burial will be at Lebanon Cemetery, New London.

Friends may call one hour before services at the church Monday.

Mary J. Beecroft was born July 16, 1948, in New London to Marvin and Rachael (Holm) Edmann. In 1966 she graduated from New London High School. She married Paul Beecroft in 1971 in Michigan. After their marriage they lived in New London, where they owned Paul's Surplus. Paul died in 1980. She married Jerry Petersen March 16, 1989, in South Dakota. She has lived in New London since. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Willmar.

Survivors include her father; husband, Jerry; sons, Jody Edmann, Willmar; Peter Beecroft, New London; daughters, Tracey Rodelius, Willmar; Jill Beecroft and Ann Beecroft, New London; sister, Sharon, Fairmont; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother; first husband, Paul; and brother Brian.
