Mate Wanted to Bring Other Woman Home, Wife's Plaint

Her husband sought to bring the "other woman" to live in their home so he could decide which one he preferred.

So charges Mrs. Tillie Beecroft, 41, of 625 23rd Street, in a divorce action on file on the Superior Court here today against Lowell Beecroft, 44, railroad company employee.

Mrs. Beecroft alleges that for the last two years her husband has been associating with the "other woman" and buying her fineries while failing to provide his wife with necessities.

She also charges that her husband told her he did not love her, called her names, and stayed out late at night.

The complaint asserts that the couple married October 18, 1915, and separated September 26, 1934. They have five children: Mrs. Lola M. Curry, 23; Eugene Beecroft, 20; Earline, 14; Vernon, 10; and Barbara, 5.

Mrs. Beecroft asks a divorce, custody of the minor children, community property consisting of a car and household furniture, $100 per month alimony and maintenance and $230 attorney's fees. Glickman and Glickman are her attorneys.
