Resident of Madison 70 years Dies Sunday at Hospital
Mrs. M. O. Beecroft, 76, of 308 N. Mills st., a resident of Madison for 70 years, died at a local hospital Sunday after a five weeks' illness. Mr. Beecroft, former owner of a Madison clothing store, died in 1889.
She was an active worker in the First Congregational church, and a member of the Wimodaughsis club, and Rebekah lodge. One Son, Albert B. Becraft, Madison, survives.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the First Congregational church, the Rev. A. W. Swan officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hill.
