Philip Todd Becraft, 39, of Carterville Road, Berea, Kentucky, formerly of Means, KY, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in Morehead, Kentucky on March 22, 1979 the son of Wesley Becraft and the late Rhonda Sue Banks Becraft. He was the owner and repossession agent for Central Kentucky Towing and Recovery. He attended the Slate Creek Church of God and loved fishing and deer hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Wendy Thomas Becraft of Berea, KY; his father, Wesley Becraft of Means, KY; a son, Stevie Prater of Berea, KY; three daughters, Sydney Becraft of Frenchburg, KY, Stephanie Prater and Emily Prater both of Berea, KY; his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Lucille Becraft of Means, KY; a brother, Scott (Tonya Leach) Becraft of Means, KY; a sister, Tina Lashay (Matt) Lawson of Frenchburg, KY; an aunt, Tammy Stull of Frenchburg, KY; niece, Jamie Lynn Becraft; nephews, Jacob Leach, Dylan Lawson and Tayton Lawson; and cousins, Josh Becraft, Travis Becraft, Michael Becraft and Chris Becraft.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clyde and Elsie Banks and two uncles, Michael Becraft and Gregory Clark Becraft.
Funeral services will be 2 PM, Thursday, October 11, 2018 at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Sterling with Bro. Larry Williams officiating and burial following in the Williams Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday from 12 pm -2 pm at the Taul Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling.
