FULCHER, William Spenser, 57, of Richmond, formerly of Wytheville, passed
away Friday, November 10, 2000. Born November 17, 1942, in Wytheville to the
late Mrs. and Mrs. A. L. Fulcher. He is survived by his wife, Barbara G.
Fulcher; three children, Kelly F. Butt, Christopher D. Fulcher, and Stuart
R. Fulcher; his three sisters, Dorothy F. Shrader, Betty F. BeCraft, and
Margaret F. Sutherland. Mr. Fulcher attended Wake Forest University, served
as an officer in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War and was formerly
employed with the State Corporation Commission. In lieu of flowers, memorial
contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, Forest Hill
Ave. at 43rd St., Richmond, Va. 23225. A memorial service will be held
Sunday, November 12, 2000, at 3 p.m. at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.
