Word was received this afternoon of the death of Harry Beecraft, 56, at Kokomo. He is a nephew of Lee Becraft, of this city, and of Charles Fromer, of south of here.

The deceased was a son of Henry Becraft who was in the liquor business here many years ago. The family moved from here to Kokomo in 1909 where Harry was prominent in the transfer business. He suffered the loss of one of his limbs in a traction[sic] wrecdt at Tipton in 1917.

He leaves the widow, one son, Raymond, and a 5-year-old adopted daughter, besides many other relatives here and at Kokomo. Funeral services are to be held at the home Wednesday.
