Events

• Her obituary was published in the Carroll County Times on 7 Feb 1930. Mrs. Mary A. Williams, widow of John L. Williams, died Saturday February 1st 1930 at her home near Winfield, at the age of 75 years, 7 months and 10 days. Death was due to the injuries which she suffered in a fall about two weeks ago. She was the daughter of the late William H. G. and Cordelia Barnes. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Guy Stem, Winfield; one granddaughter, Mrs. Earl Pickett, two grandsons John and Francis Stem, all near Winfield.
Funeral services will be held Monday at Ebenezer M.E. Church, Rev. J.T. ___ in charge of the services. She was a member of the P.O. of A. camp of Winfield. Interment was made in Ebenezer cemetery. C.M. Waltz, funeral director.
