Word has been received in the city of the death of Mrs. Miranda C. Becraft, which occurred at Waxahachie, Texas, Monday, at the home of her sister, Mrs. John Lumpkins. She had been in failing health for some time.

The Becraft family formerly resided in Olean and were active workers in the First Babtist church.

She is survived by two sons, Vincent, who is a patient in the El Paso sanitarium of Texas, and Elmo Becraft.

Funeral and interment took place Tuesday.
