Rose L. Becraft
Rose L. Becraft, age 72, of Middletown, died Friday evening, Dec 17,1999 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton.
She was born Feb 13, 1927 in Menifee County, KY the daughter of Oliver Cobb and Amanada (Caldwell) Cobb.
Mrs. Becraft was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ida Morningstar Chapter, and the Church of God.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, James A. Becraft; three daughters, Dana Pruitt of Trenton, Charlotte G. (husband Bill) Mullins of Dayton and Vicki E. Irving of Middletown; a son, James A. (wife Judy) Becraft Jr. of Carlisle; ten grandchildren, Zeke Irving, Abby Irving, Clay Becraft, Amanda Becraft, Bill and Karen Mullins, Leslie and Francis Yong, Elise Mullins and Sonny Pruitt; five great-grandchildren, Ted and Joe Young, Will and Kate Mullins and Haley Pruitt; five sisters, Ruth Cornwell of Kokomo, Ind., Anna (husband, Raymond) Carberry of Middletown, Jean (husband Dixie) Spencer of Franklin, Wanda (husband, Bill) Melloh of Millington, Tenn., and Fay (husband, Jack) Pigg of Middletown; two brothers, Donald Cobb of Lebanon and Oliver (wife Josie) Cobb of Clarksville, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Opal Back, Helen Miller and Grace Singleton and two borthers Willie (Bill) Cobb and Strother Cobb.
Arrangements: Funeral services will be 2pm Monday at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral home <http://www.middletown.com/bml.htm> with the Rev. James R. Compton officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior ot the serivce.
Burial will be at the Mound Cemetery in Monroe.
Memorials: Memorial contributions may be made to Hope House.
