Mrs. Minnie C. Halk Becraft, daughter of Jacob and Mary Rupert, was born in van Wert County, Ohio, July 4, 1874, and departed this life July 19, 1930, aged 56 years and 15 days. She was united in marriage to Mr. H. Becraft and to them were born two sons. Harry F. and Walter J. Her husband died December 22, 1920. her life's work is ended and she has gone to meet her God. She leaves two sons, four grandchildren, four brothers, and four sisters to mourn. The funeral service was held at the New Salem Church near Monticello, Ohio, conducted by Rev. J.M. Sherer. Internment was near by.
