• Her obituary was published in the Daily Review on 6 Oct 1922. Daily Review, dated October 6, 1922 as follows ---> Mrs. Anna Rockwell dies at home of her son Fred at Rome. Rome, Pa. Oct. 5 -- Mrs. Anna Rockwell, widow of the late Lemuel Rockwell, died at the home of her son Fred in Rome at 7 o'clock this morning. She was 78 years old. Mrs. Rockwell has been a great sufferer for the past seven months from a complication of diseases. She is survived by the following children; Mrs. Fred Jetter of Oriskany, NY., Melvin Rockwell of Corning, NY., Fred of Rome, and James Beeman of Cleveland, Ohio, and Joseph Beeman of Wysox, Pa., the last two by a former marriage. Prayer service will be held at the home Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock and at 2 o'clock from the Rome M.E. Church.
