Beecroft, Paul E. age 68, of Turtle Lake, WI, and Estero, FL, died peacefully Aug. 22, surrounded by his loving family. He had bravely fought brain cancer for 6 months. His 110% "thumbs up" attitude and courageous optimism impressed family and friends. Paul is survived by loving wife Gini, mother Marion, sons Todd Beecroft and Michael Erickson, daughter Beth (Bob) Doce, grandchildren Bryanna, Leif and Mari Erickson, and Hallie, Justin, and Elise Doce, sister Brenda (Gary) Whalen, niece and nephews, sister- and brother-in-law Judith Strom and Lee Kaplan, aunts, uncles, and many cousins. Preceded in death by father Harry. Paul was a CPA and licensed securities and stock broker who for 45 years had his own accounting/tax business in Columbia Heights. Memorial service Tuesday, Aug 30, 11 am, Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1900 7th St NW, New Brighton. Memorials preferred to Good Shepherd Ministries, Ft Myers, for the homeless and poor; Parkview Methodist Church, Turtle Lake, WI; or Christ the King Lutheran Church.
