• His obituary was published in the Trenton Evening Times on 27 Oct 1909. LYNCH--In this city, on the 25th inst., Charles Lynch, in the 67th year of his age. The relatives and friends of the family, also Fraternal Lodge No 139 F&AM, Bordentown Lodge No 16, chosen Friends Encampment No 6 IOOF, and sister lodges and employees of Pennsylvania Railroad Company, are invited to attend the funeral from his late residence, No 63 General Greene Avenue, on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at Riverview Cemetery.

• His obituary was published. Charles Lynch, a retired railroad engineer, died at his home, 63 General Greene Avenue, yesterday afternoon after an illness of several months. Mr. Lynch was stricken with paralysis about a year ago, compelling him to resign his position as engineer with the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, by which railroad company he had been employed for more than forty years.

Mr. Lynch is survived by his wife and five children, Freeholder Charles M. Lynch, George W. Lynch, the North Warren street druggist, Jacob Lynch, of Nebraska; Harvey Luch, and Katherine Lynch, of this city. He was a member of Fraternal Lodge, No. 139, F. and A.M.; Bordentown Lodge, I.O.O.F., and other organizations. He was 67 years old. He was regarded as one of the best engineers on the Pennsylvania Rairoad in his day.

The funeral will take place Thursday afternoon from his late residence. Poulson & Coleman have charge of the funeral arrangements.
