Of Valleyview Home, St. Thomas, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 7th, 2020, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward Dwyer and the late Bruce Player. Dear mother of Lee Player (Diana), Frances Buck (Stuart), Chuck Dwyer (Luann), Marie Biggs (Patrick), Sandra Bennett (Neal), Brenda Budd (Bob), Melody Prezeau (Alan), Wendy Dwyer (Larry Murphy), Judy Dwyer (Harold Littleton) and Patrick Dwyer (Cheryl Martin). Predeceased by her two sons, the late Johnny Dwyer and the late Lloyd "Stanley" Dwyer. Dear sister of Harold Beecroft (June), Betty Robbins (Dave), Alex Beecroft (Marg), Wayne Beecroft (Cathy), Evelyn Forsyth (Brian), the late Lloyd Beecroft and the late William "Bill" Beecroft (Edna). Lovingly remembered by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Eileen was born in Middlemiss, Ontario on March 7th, 1932, daughter of the late William and Anna-Belle (Clark) Beecroft. She worked at Therm-O-Disc Canada Ltd. until her retirement in 1992. Eileen was a member of St. Thomas Christian Church, St. Thomas.

Resting at WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME, 45 Elgin Street, St. Thomas where funeral service will be held on Wed at 1:00 pm. Private spring interment to take place in Cowal-McBride Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7-9pm. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Thomas Christian Church or to the charity of one's choice.
