Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home 365 Main St, Saco are entrusted with her arrangements. Obituary: Biddeford - Margaret B. Sweeney, 96 of Pool Road passed away Saturday October 13, 2018. She was born in Yorkshire England May 15, 1922 the daughter of Victor and Ellen Langley Beecroft. Margaret came to the United States at a young age. She attended local schools and graduated from Biddeford High School. She later graduated from Green Mountain College in Vermont. Returning to Maine, she owned and operated her own businesses The Quality Shoppe and La Corseterie in Biddeford for many years. After she retired, she volunteered at Southern Maine Health Center. Survivors include 3 sons Mark Lariviere of Kittery, Paul Lariviere of Biddeford, Carl Lariviere of Bend, Oregon, and Fay Dumas of Saco, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
