Kenneth William "Ken" Beecroft, 68, died Friday, March 27, 2020, at St. John's Hospital in Maplewood, Minnesota, as a result of injuries suffered during a motor vehicle accident. Ken was born on June 9, 1951, in Cumberland, Wisconsin, to parents William and Dorothea (Gohl) Beecroft.
He was raised in Indian Creek, Wisconsin, and graduated from high school in Frederic. Ken owned and operated his own well-drilling business and in his spare time enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. He would often sit outside watching birds, listening to wind chimes and absorbing the sounds of nature around him. He will be missed by many, but will live on in our hearts. He married Diana Lynn Robison on September 19, 1981 in Polk County, Wisconsin.
He is survived by his parents, William and Dorothea; his wife of 38 years, Diana; sons, Will (Ashley) and Matt (Brittany) Beecroft; four grandchildren; sisters, Jane (Brock) Gibson and Virginia Beecroft; brother, Dan (Alex Till) Beecroft; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
