Tina Beecroft, 46, of Wichita Falls, a daughter, sister, wife and mother left this world on Friday, February 8, 2013. She will always be remembered for her kindness and love for all she knew.
The memorial service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Wichita Falls Ward, with Steve Stout conducting. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Tina was born on November 5, 1966, in Wichita Falls to Glenn "Tree" Wood and Linda Forsgren Wood. She and John Beecroft were married July 26, 1987, in Wichita Falls. Tina graduated from Vernon College earning an LVN license in 1992, and worked for 18 years at North Texas State Hospital with adults, and for the past seven years with children. She was an EMT, a volunteer for the Holliday Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the Vereran's Women's Auxilary. She worked as a charge nurse for Monterey Care Center. Tina assisted with starting the Hotter 'n Hell race each year. She was a member of the Red River Renegades, and also enjoyed re-enacting different time periods in history. She was a blood and platelet donor for the sick and afflicted in this area. She was the financial advisor and executive secretary for John Beecroft Company.
Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Forsgren Wood, her grandparents, O'Dean and Geneva Forsgren and Horace and Opal Wood, and Baby Beecroft. She is survived by her loving husband, Johnny Beecroft; father, Glenn "Tree" Wood and wife, Barbara; daughters, Julie Beecroft Moore and husband, Russell, and Karrolin Beecroft Phelps and husband, Billy; brother, Tracy Wood and wife, Kathleen all of Wichita Falls; sister, Tonia Gwynn and husband, Travis of Iowa Park; six grandchildren, AJ, Abby, Autumn, Austin, Amber and Addison.
