JOHN BEECROFT, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Act 22 and 23 Victoria, chapter 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property,
and to relieve Trustees."
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and
persons having any claims or demands upon or
against the estate of John Beecroft, late of Bradford, in
the county of York, and also of No. 12, Walmer-villas,
Manningham, in the parish of Bradford aforesaid, Timber
Merchant (who died on the llth day of June, 1885, and
whose will was proved by Annie Beecroft, Miles Sowden,
and William Martello Gray, the executors named therein,
in the Wakefield District Registry, Probate Division, of
the High Court of Justice on the 2nd day of December,
1885), are hereby required to send, in writing, particulars
of such claims or demands to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 1st day of
February, 1886, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the.assets of the said deceased among
the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the
claims of which they shall then have had notice; and
they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof,
so distributed to any person of whose claim or demand
they shall not then have had notice.\emdash Dated this 2nd
day of December, 1885.
