• His obituary was published in the Pottstown Mercury on 25 Feb 1948. Funeral services for Milton M. Bergey, 72, of Edgely, Bucks County, brother of Mrs. Effie L. Crosby, 838 North Franklin street, will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of his daughter, Mrs. Elwood T. Dyson, 1100 Lindley avenue, Philadelphia.
Mr. Bergey, who was former superintendent of Pennsylvania hospital, Philadelphia, died Sunday in Hahnemann hospital, Philadelphia. Other survivors are his wife Mrs. Edith M. Bergey, a son Milton C., of Huntington, and a second sister, Mrs. Elma Overdorf, Phoenixville.
