• His obituary was published. BEECROFT, Don E., 71, passed away on June 9, 2011 in Tucson, Arizona. Born in Yuma, Arizona on March 27, 1940 to Joseph and Julia Elizabeth (nee Graves) Beecroft. Survived by his wife of 30 years, Noreen; daughter, Toni (Thomas Jr.) Zlaket; stepson, Robert (Lisa) Miller; grandchildren, Geoffrey Boucher, Andrew Zlaket, Caroline Zlaket and Adam Miller; sister, JoAnn Alldredge; nephew, Bruce Alldredge and niece, Beth Davieson. A Yuma High School and University of Arizona graduate, he worked for APS for 18 years, becoming a manager. He went on to become a real estate broker in Tucson for several years. An avid hunter and jeep rider, he loved his Labrador Retrievers, and enjoyed trips to Mexico. A devoted husband and father, his generosity, and ability to make others smile will never be forgotten. His presence in any room brought an instant brightness. Those who knew Don may join his family for a Visitation Thursday, June 16, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. at BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway in Tucson, Arizona. Burial to follow at 3:00 p.m. in Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 1415 S. 1st Avenue, Yuma, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital.

• Her obituary was published. SUN LAKES \endash Suzanne Karyn Kaiander Beecroft, 41, a special education elementary school teacher in Eloy for 20 years, died July 15, 1985, at Sun Lakes. Mrs. Beecroft, of Sun Lakes, was born in Wyandotte, Mich., and moved to Arizona in 1955 from California. Survivors include her aunt, Ester Kellum and uncle, Herbert Mollno. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Meldrum Mortuary, 52 N. MacDonald, Mesa. Meldrum Mortuary made arrangements.
