Barbara Beecroft Johnson, Bob born August 17, 1911 in New York City, died
September 22, 1997 in Tacoma, WA. She is survived by son, Russ (Rusty) Johnson,
daughter-in-law, Anne and grandson, Richard, all of Tacoma; son, Christopher
Johnson, daughter-in-law, Beverly and grandchildren, Henry and Diana, all of San
Louis Obispo, CA; brother, Richard Beecroft, Bridgeton, New Jersey; sister, Mary
Richards, Highland Mills, New York; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Barbara, Bob will long be remembered for her quick wit and iconoclastic outlook; she
will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Her family wishes to thank
the employees of Park Rose Care Center for their kindness to all of us over the past
two years. No services are planned. Individuals may make remembrances to the
charities of their choice. Arrangements by Gaffney, Cassedy, Allen and Buckley King
Funeral Home.
