Carol Hartzell, 56, of Plainfield Township died Saturday, March 21, in her home. She was the wife of Richard Hartzell. They were married for 36 years last August.
She was a licensed practical nurse at Lopatcong Center, Genesis Elder Care, Phillipsburg.
Born in Plainfield, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Hall) Becroft and a stepdaughter of Marguerite Edmiston of Belvidere, N.J.
She was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church, Nazareth.
Survivors: Husband and stepmother; sons, Benjamin Paul of Pen Argyl, Vernon Saul of Grove City, Mercer County, and Preston John of Bangor; daughters, Elizabeth Hall Hartzell of Allentown and Kathryn Grace of New Providence, Lancaster County; brother, Robert of Belvidere, and sisters, Dorothy J. of Mountainhome, Monroe County, and Audrey Allen of Baton Rouge, La.
