William Earl Becraft, 52, of Indianapolis and formerly of Rushville and Greenfield, died Friday, Oct. 14, 2005, at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis.

Born Nov. 14, 1952, in Rushville, he was the son of Ralph E. and Donna J. (Denton) Becraft, both survive.

Mr. Becraft was a 1970 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School and attended Ball State University. He was a cardiac monitor ICU technician at Community Hospital in Indianapolis. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Indianapolis.

Survivors in addition to his parents include three brothers, Jim of Seattle, Wash., John (and wife Sandra) of Shelbyville and Chris (and wife Nikki) of O'Fallon, Mo.; and two sisters, Kathy Williams of Muncie and Joanna (Mrs. Walt) Brown of Greenfield.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Jean Bussberg.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Rushville with the Rev. Severin Messick officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Rushville. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville, with a Rosary service at 7:30 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Foundation for AIDS Research, 120 Wall Street, 13th floor, New York, NY 10005-3902.

William Earl Becraft 52, of Indianapolis, formerly of Greenfield and Rushville, passed away October 14, 2005 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis.

Born in Rushville, IN, November 14, 1952, he was the son of Ralph E. and Donna J. Denton Becraft who both survive. He graduated from Rushville High School in 1970 and attended Ball State University.
