Hawley Smith of Kalamazoo, Mich., has sent to the Gazette the following Associated Press item dated November 30 at Des Moines, Ia., which he clipped from a Kalamazoo newspaper: "Mrs. Sara Jane Hawk, who, at the age of 76, reset her own broken arm, died Thursday at the age of 106. She was a native of Livingston county, N.Y."
