Grace "Gram" Anna Becraft, of Ellicott City, died Feb. 15, 2007, at Frederick Villa Nursing Home in Catonsville. She was 94.
Born Aug. 9, 1912, in Baltimore, to James and Annie Galloway, she attended high school in Baltimore.
She married Ray. E. Becraft in 1935.
Before becoming a homemaker, Mrs. Becraft worked as a telephone operator for C&P Telephone Co., in Baltimore.
She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Ray E. Becraft Sr.; and a sister, Helen Bussard.
Mrs. Becraft is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ray Jr. and Faye Becraft, of Ellicott City; four grandchildren, Lisa and her husband, Greg Landerman, of Mount Airy, Susan Burris and her fianc?, John Thompson, of Cooksville, Ray Becraft III and his significant other, Heather Fiourcii, of Finksburg, and Heather and her husband, Dan Eisenhart, of Mount Airy; 13 great-grandchildren; a niece, Jean and her husband, Bob Schleicher, of Ocean City; and a nephew, Donald and his wife, Jean Bussard, of Rutherford, Va.
Funeral services were held Feb. 17, 2007, at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home in Catonsville.
Interment followed at Loudon Park Cemetery in Baltimore.
