Born Jan. 3, 1926, in Danville, she was a daughter of the late Tilford F. and Mary E. Guttery Burnett. She was a former owner of Sims Floral Co., a member of Lexington Avenue Baptist Church and Eastern Star, and former member of Business and Professional Women. She was the widow of Edwin Toombs
Survivors include two sons, Carl E. Gustafson and Erwin L. Gustafson, both of Danville; a daughter, Mary E. Wilkerson of Lexington; four sisters, Rebecca B. Chambliss of Jacksonville, Fla., Joann S. Griffin of Madison, Ala., Edith S. Gregory of Vennina, Va., and Frances B. McKinney of Lexington; two brothers, William M. Sims of Flemingsburg and Ralph H. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Stith Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
