RITES HELD IN LINDSAY FOR H. BECRAFT OF FRESNO
LINDSAY, TULARE COUNTY, OCTOBER 5--Funeral services for Hiram Becraft , 76, who died Tuesday night at his home in Fresno, were held today in the chapel of the Webb Funeral Parlors here. Rev. Kenneth L. Danskin, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in Olive Cemetery.
Becraft, a native of iowa, came to California twenty-four ago and resided in Lindsay until six years ago when he moved to Fresno.
Surviving relatives are the widow and one daughter, Mrs. Everett Smith, of Clovis.

Mrs. Alice Becraft, 82, who had lived in Lindsay for 30 years until she moved to Fresno two years ago, died yesterday at a Fresno hospital following a long illness.
Mrs. Becraft, a native of Pennsylvania, is survived by one daughter, Mrs. E.E. Smith and eight grandchildren, all of Fresno. She was the widow of the late Hiram Becraft, local real estate dealer who died in 1934.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Webb parlors with Rev. Thomas Miller officiating. Burial will be in Olive Cemetery.
