Betty Rita BeCRAFT Betty Rita BeCraft (nee Puissegur) Beloved mother of Diane (Burt), Jeff and Mark BeCraft, grandmother to Dillen Ailman, Jordan, Rianne and Allyson BeCraft passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 16, 2009. Betty was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Elaine and Rudolph Puissegur on October 7, 1926. Betty graduated from high school in New Orleans, attended college for undergraduate work at Evergreen College in Oregon and finished her master's degree in Art Education at the University of Washington. The great loves of her life were her family, the arts, her sculptural work, poetry, literature and the natural world. Her life was a testimony to the independence and self-determination she saw so clearly as a goal to be cherished for all women. Her unconditional love for her family was unfailing. She will be missed by all who knew her. A memorial to her life will be held on Aug. 16 at the Redmond Inn from1-3:00 pm 17621 Redmond Way, 98052
