On Tuesday March 16, 1993 RICHARD EUGENE of Randallstown, beloved husband of the late Ella V. (nee Becraft) McGinnis, devoted father of Bertha West, Robert D. McGinnis and the late Milburn E. McGinnis, also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Loring Byers Chapel, 8728 Liberty road (2 miles west of beltway exit 18B), on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. where Services will be held on Friday, March 19 at 11 A.M. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery. (Those desiring please make contributions to Mr. Olive United Methodist Church)."
