• Her obituary was published. Mrs. Edna Templar Beacraft, 82, of 141 W.
Wayne St. died at 11:05am yesterday at the
city hospital following an extended illness.
Mrs. Beacraft was born in Grant Ford Ontario
March 6 1884 and had lived in Alliance 55
years. Prior to living here she lived in
Michigan for 5 years.
Mrs. Beacraft retired in 1960 as cafeteria
manager at the Clarion Elementary school.
She was a member of the Union Avenue
Methodist Church and the Order of the
Eastern Star.
Survivors include a son, David W. Beacraft
of Alliance and a daughter Margret Watson of
Alliance. ? (unreadable) grandchildren and
3 great grandchildren.
Her husband Clyde died in 1921 and 2 brothers
and 4 sisters also preceded her in death.
Funeral serviced will be held at 2pm Friday
at the Sharer Funeral Home with Rev. Leonard
Salt of the Union Ave Methodist Church
presiding.
Burial at Highland Memorial Park.
