General Notes: Husband - Captain Walter Gilman Wild

Walter was the son of George and Caroline Wild/Wilds. Born in Cleveland OH, he spent his youth in the Lexington area of Sanilac County MI where his father was an early settler.

On Oct. 26, 1875 he married Anna Beacraft in St. Clair County MI. They were parents to one daughter, Blanche.

Walter was a well-known veteran ship captain on the Great Lakes and resided in the Oscoda MI area for over 30 years. He was also ranked one of the oldest Masons in the state at the time of his death. He became a member 50 years previously when he resided in Lexington MI.

Walter died at the age of seventy-three.

General Notes: Wife - Anna Etta Beacraft

Anna was the daughter of George and Eliza Huyke Beacraft. She was born in Ontario Canada and moved to MI about age 12. She lived in the Burchville and Port Huron areas before marrying at the age of 17.

She married Walter G. Wild on Oct. 26, 1875 in St. Clair County MI. They had one daughter, Blanche.

Anna lived in Oscoda for about 30 years. After the death of her husband, she married James B. King on Feb. 12, 1921 in Detroit.

She was widowed again by the 1930 Census.

Her burial date and place is unknown at this time.
