BETTY J. BECRAFT, 76, died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2004, 10:02 p.m., at her home. Born in Fort Wayne, she was a lifetime resident. She was a homemaker and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Eagles Lodge 248. Surviving are two daughters, Marsha A. Hitchcock of Snellville, Ga., Cheryl L. Elder of Fort Wayne; two sons, Michael J. Hitchcock of South Haven, Miss., Donald B. Becraft of Fort Wayne; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. in 1997; daughter, Patricia Marie; grandchildren, Damieon and Leigh; three great-grandchildren, Kyle, Amber and Barron; and three brothers. Memorial service is 11 a.m. Saturday at Tom Mungovan Funeral Home, 2221 S. Calhoun St., with calling from 9 to 11 a.m. Preferred memorials to Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana, 5910 Homestead Rd., Fort Wayne.
