2025 New Website, Same URL
It has been a while since my last update to this website. The good news is it is now reformatted and contains a bit more data. The following updates have occurred:
- The families here have been increased by more than 7,000 additions since my last update in 2013.
- Individuals are being linked to Find-a-Grave and FamilySearch. This work is ongoing. If an individual has been found in FamilySearch or FindAGrave, you will see links for those individuals. You will need a working login for FamilySearch to view those.
- Added additional citations where possible.
- The Website has been updated to WordPress from basic HTML.
If you were looking for a Becraft/Beecroft/Beacraft/Becroft… relative, hopefully they have been added here.
This website was created to share my research and to honor those researchers who shared what they had with me and got me started on this journey. The purpose is to provide a starting point for discussion and reflection on the ancestors we may share.
Ultimately as a researcher, you will find the bits and pieces that look like they fit into your genealogy, but stumped, you’ve set them aside. Please feel free to drop me an email if you want to dig deeper into those bits and to see how they may solidify or rewrite the bits you find here.
Hi, I am Benjamin Becraft’s fourth granddaughter, I think. He was my mom’s grandfather‘s, great grandfather. I just found out about him through my uncle which he found out about him through my aunt that did research years ago. Unfortunately, she’s passed away. You may have ran across her her name was Carol Albrecht, maiden name, Carol Leeper.
