Clark (The land was the same conveyed to Ellen Becraft (then Kerrick) by Moses H. Stull and others, by deed dated 19 Aug 1870 and recorded in Deed Book 28, pg. 498) - Bath Co., KY Deed Book 68, pg. 23.

28 Mar 1896 - purchased 100 acres of land on Mud Lick in Bath Co., KYfor $130 from Thomas Hartgrove and Mahala C. Hartgrove (nee Karrick) of Montgomery Co., KY, and M. H. Stull and Elizabeth, his wife, of Bath Co.,KY. The land was bounded on the north by the lands of Abe Becraft and Peg Griggs, on the west by the lan of G. W. Thompson, on the south by the Olympia Pike, and on the east by M. H. and Elizabeth Stull. (It was part of the same land sold by the sheriff of Bath Co. in the farm of A. L.Wright, Admr. of Ben Wright, and purchased by Elizabeth Stull, wife of M.H. Stull, and guardian of Mahala C. Hartgrove, then Karrick.) - Bath Co.,KY Deed Book 52, pg. 529

14 Dec 1896 - sold 40 acres of land to Lee Griggs of Bath Co., KY in exchange for one bay horse. The land was bounded on the east and north by the land of Lee Griggs, on the west by the Olympia Pike, and on the south by his own land. (It was part of the same tract conveyed to Ellen Becraft, then Karrick, and Mahal C. Hartgrove by Moses H. Stull and others by deed dated 19 Aug 1870 and recorded in Bath Co., KY Deed Book 28, pg. 498, and by deed given by Mahala C. Hartgrove, Thomas Hartgrove, Elizabeth Stull, and M. H. Stull, dated 28 Mar 1896., and by deed dated 8June 1896 by Thomas J. Thompson.)
• Land, Deed Book 28, page 478, 18 Aug 1906 in Bath Co, KY
18 Aug 1906 - sold land (acres not indicated) in Bath Co., KY to Mrs. Ida Epperhart for $75. The land was bounded by a corner stone on the Olympia and Olympian Turnpike, running north with G. W. Thompson's fence, to the lower base of the hill to a little black oak, thence in a straight line to a black oak on top of the hill, to Lee Griggs line, to a pine tree standing near the pike, thence with the pike to the beginning. (It wasthe same land that was a part of the Becraft land, deed dated 19 Aug 1870 and supposed to be recorded in Bath Co., KY Deed Book 28, pg. 478, but not on that page. According to this deed, G. W. Thompson purchased the land of the Becraft heirs for $108.) - Bath Co., KY Deed Book 63, pg. 179
