Survivors include his mother, Michelle Leigh Kitchens Harvey of Virginia Beach; his father, Mark Douglas Harvey of Virginia Beach; his twin sister, Samantha Harvey of Virginia Beach; maternal grandparents, Barbara and Clarence Kitchens of Virginia Beach; paternal grandmother, Violet Harvey of Osburn, Idaho; maternal great-grandmother, Hazel Becraft of Norfolk; and paternal great-grandmother, Helen Spencer of Montana.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday by Chaplain Diana Veazey in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Contributions in Michael's name may be made to Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
