Robert J. Beecroft, 95, of 814 John St., Frackville, died yesterday morning at Ashland State General Hospital. Born in Stockton, he was the son of the late William and Isabelle Beecroft. A retired plumber, he was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Frackville, and was an honorary member of the Friendship Hose Co, Englewood, Frackville. His wife, the former, Ethel P. Temple, preceded him in death in 1959. The following children survive: Dorothy, New York City; Mrs. Michael (Clara L.) Barron, frackville; Harry N., John R., Joseph E., James R., all of Frackville; William, Texas and Mrs. Violet Allebach and Mrs. Sarah Hartzell, both from Camden, NJ Thirty-four grandchildren also survive. The funeral will be held Friday at 11 am from the Hoppes Funeral Home, Frackville. Interment will be on the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Shenandoah.
