Louis F. Becraft, 90, who was born in Laurel, died on May 16, 1993, at Montgomery General Hospital.
Mr. Becraft was a farmer and worked as a school bus driver for Montgomery County schools for 30 years. He lived in Brookeville and his hobbies were gardening and dancing.
Funeral services were held at Barber Funeral Home in Laytonsville on May 19. Interment was at Burtonsville Union Cemetery.
Mr. Becraft is survived by a sister, Ella Ray of Hyattsville and a brother, Auston Becraft of Florida. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Brighton.

Mr. Louis Becraft
Mr. Louis F. Becraft, 90, of Brookeville, died Sunday, May 16, at Montgomery General Hospital in Olney.
Born June 15, 1902, near Burtonsville, he was a son of the late Benjamin F. and Mary Louise Kruhm Becraft.
He was the husband of Mary C. Becraft, who died in 1985.
Mr. Becraft was a farmer and drove a bus for the Montgomery County school system for 30 years. he had also worked as a courier for the Sandy Spring National Bank.
He was a member of Moose Lodge 371 of Frederick and the Farm Bureau.
He enjoyed dancing and gardening.
Surviving are one sister, Ella E. Ray of Hyattsville; one brother, Auston Becraft of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, at the Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Road, laytonsville. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 19, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Nancy VonOehsen will officiate. Interment will be in Burtonsville Union Cemetery.
