Zepp, grandfather of Debbie O. and Edward W. Underwood, Jr.; brother of Morris G. Becraft, Mrs. Goldie Mason and Mrs. Grace Bigham.

Services at MacNabb and Son, 301 Frederick Road (at Beltway exit 13) Catonsville, on Wednesday at 2pm. Entombment in Dulaney Valley MEmorial Gardens. Friends may call from 2-5 and 7-9pm.

After an illness of 11 days, Lawrence R. Becraft, 63, who resided at 1920 Oak Drive, Woodlawn, died of pneumonia and jaundice on Sunday, December 24, in the University hospital.

Services were held from MacNabb Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 27, at 2pm. The Rev. Charles Catheart of Hillsdale Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers were Daniel Riggs, Neil Klingenhoffer, Walter Reich, Robert McClain, and two nephew of the deceased, ERnest Becraft and George Morris. Honorary pallbearers were Herman Heflin and Gilbert Swann.

Mr. Becraft was born in Oakland, Carroll Co, a son of the late Eli and Ida Becraft. He was employed by the Reich Brothers in Catonsville for 27 years and served as a foreman. He was a member of the Democratic Social Club of Woodlawn.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ottolene Becraft, 2 daughters, Mrs. Doris O. Underwood, and Mrs. Darlene J. Zepp, 2 grandchildren, Debbie Underwood and Eddie Underwood; 2 sisters, Mrs. Goldie Mason and Mrs. Grace Bigham and brother, Morris G. Becraft.
