On February 5, 1965 John W. Francis of Cockeysville Road, Reisterstown, beloved husband of Mary A. Becraft (nee Seward), and father Mrs. Dorothy E. Wenner, Mrs. Jean M Johnson, Virginia M. Rosemary, Charlotte and Catherine, Thomas M. and Herman E. Becraft.

Funeral from the Eline Funeral Home 10 Main Street, Reisterstown, Monday at 2pm. Interment in Mount Zion Methodist Cemetery, Finksburg. Friends may call from 3-5 and 7-9 pm.

John W. Francis Becraft. Services for Mr. Becraft who before his retirement worked at the Old Oakland Mills in Carroll Co for many years will be held at 2 pm today at the Eline Funeral establishment in Reisterstown. Mr. Becraft who was born and educated in Carroll Co. died Friday after a short illness. He was 79 and a resident of Cockeysmille Road in Reisterstown.

Surviving are his wife the former Mary Seward; 3 sons, Thomas M., Herman E. and Edward Becraft, and six daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Wenner, Mrs. Jean M. Johnson and the Misses Virginia M., Rosmary, Charlotte, and Catherine Becraft.
