Mrs. Barbara Virginia Poole Hunter, 84, of Mount Airy, died Tuesday, Feb. 4 at Carroll County General Hospital. Her husband, Francis M. "Frank" Hunter, predeceased her December 1980. Born Sept in Carroll County, she was a daughter of the late Samuel C. and Minnie E. BECRAFT Poole. Mrs. Hunter was a member of Mount Olive United Methodist Church.
